As a founding Design Champion for the Don Norman Design Award (DNDA), Anthony Phills is at the forefront of shaping humanity-centered innovation. He designed the DNDA Trophy, symbolizing the transformative journey of HCD+ practitioners. Collaborating with Miyo Yamauchi, he co-created the DNDA Application Judging platform, streamlining the award process. Anthony also leads design for the DNDA Summits, bringing global thought leaders together, from San Diego to the upcoming event in Singapore. His vision extends to establishing the premier HCD+ repository of case studies, an AI-powered hub capturing successes and vital lessons, driving the future of design with purpose.
